Jack Dignan

Jack Dignan, Managing Partner

  • Spent most of his career in the securities business and in investment banking.
  • For the past twelve years, he has been a consultant in mergers and acquisitions to young micro cap growth companies. His skills include the coordination of diverse groups of individuals. His diverse career has encompassed money management, venture capital development, comprehensive financial analysis, due diligence research and initiation and maintenance of customized business plans.
  • Co-founder of Centurion Capital, an Orange County Investment Banking firm that sought out and provided first-round financing for emerging companies. His abilities included financial restructuring and coordination of the reverse merger process.
  • Initiated, coordinated, structured and completed a number of reverse mergers over the last twenty years. i.e. Mitek Systems (Vital Development), Juice International and All Western Enterprises(Addison Investment), Sionix Corp.(Coronado Capital), IBC/Integrated Business Computers (Admiral Consolidated Mining Company) and many others.
  • Has always praised entrepreneurs, their ideas, drive, mission, conviction and commitment to their dreams. He has helped organize and fund two private companies with their own dreams R.C. Petroleum and Munchables Corp.
  • Received his degree from Eastern Michigan University majoring in Management and Minoring in Economics.
Jeffrey S. Fryer

Jeffrey S. Fryer, Managing Director

  • Mr. Fryer, as Managing Director, acts as deal lead and performs financial analysis and due diligence for the company selection process in the North American and International private equity markets.
  • Before joining SC Capital Partners, Mr. Fryer was Managing Partner of Provider Promotions Sports Management Co., an agency placing players on professional basketball teams worldwide. He represented and promoted professional basketball players and successfully negotiated over 75 contracts during his time with the firm.
  • Prior to that, he worked in Development for the Athletics Department at the University of California, Irvine. Mr. Fryer was a key member in raising funds and marketing for the Athletic Department’s student athletes.
  • Mr. Fryer has been a guest speaker on number of documentaries including both ABC and ESPN due to his college basketball achievements. He has been the keynote speaker at business conferences, and sport functions, including LMU. Jeff still holds the NCAA Basketball Tournament record of 11 three point baskets in one game vs. Michigan in 1990, resulting in being elected to the LMU Hall of Fame in 2007.
  • Jeff is active in several ministries at his church, Mariners in Irvine, while partaking in several mission trips to Central America and Mexico as well. He is also active in the community running basketball camps and training kids in basketball skills.
  • Mr. Fryer received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University in 1990.

Eric D. Henrickson

Eric D. Henrickson, Managing Director

  • Mr. Henrickson, as Managing Director, acts as deal lead and performs financial analysis and due diligence for the company selection process in the North American and International private equity markets.
  • Before joining SC Capital Partners, Mr. Henrickson was the Due Diligence Manager for WaMu Investments, Inc., a JPMorgan Chase Company, where he focused on the analysis and development of the financial instruments distributed through the sales channels and performed financial and procedural analysis on the financial institutions partnered with WaMu Investments, Inc.
  • Prior to that, he had been in compliance working with the Washington Mutual Legal Department on hypothetical portfolio development, product evaluation and audits. Additionally, he was active in reviewing and negotiating the resolution of complaints, mediations and arbitrations. He was also a Financial Consultant with WaMu Investments, Inc.
  • Mr. Henrickson was also V.P. of Investments at J.B. Oxford & Co. as a producing manager. He managed assets for high net worth clients and institutions. Additionally, he managed the bond desk and participated in the analysis and selection of overall product offerings.
  • Eric is also active at his church, Calvary Chapel North Long Beach. He helps with raising awareness for non-profit organizations such as Bread of Life and Released Time. Eric is also active with Autism Speaks organizing Walk Now teams and Actors for Autism. Finally, Eric is a member of the Dean’s Leadership Circle at UC Irvine and is a Life Loyal Sig and Chapter Financial Advisor for the Sigma Chi Chapter at CSU San Bernardino.
  • Mr. Henrickson received his BA in Economics from CSU San Bernardino and a MBA from The Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine.
